Allied Legal PC / Law Office of Gopal Krishan has more than 15 years of experience representing individuals, families, and businesses in Family Law, Immigration Law, Business Law, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, and related matters.
Nobody calls a lawyer on a good day. By the time you find us, something has already gone wrong, or something you love is at risk of going wrong. A marriage. A child's future. A business you built with your own hands. A life in this country you're afraid of losing. You are not looking for a firm. You are looking for someone who will pick up the phone and treat what's happening to you like it's the only thing that matters, because right now, to you, it is.
So we listen first, before we say a word about strategy. And what you tell us stays with us. That is not a policy we print in a brochure. It is the one promise that lets you stop editing yourself and finally say what actually happened.
Then we tell you the truth, even when it's not what you were hoping to hear. If there's a real problem, you'll hear it from us plainly, and we'll already be working on it. If your case is stronger than it feels from the inside, we'll tell you that too, because you shouldn't spend one more sleepless night afraid of something that isn't going to happen.
You will never carry this alone. When you hire us, an entire team picks it up with you, attorneys, paralegals, staff, all pulling toward the one outcome you actually want.
We've also built our own client portal and our own in-house technology, so our team can work faster and pass the savings on to you. That way you're not paying attorney rates for the routine work, and every dollar you're not spending on paperwork is a dollar you get to keep for your family, your business, your life.
Whatever brought you to us, your children, your business, your freedom, your future in this country, your dignity on the way out of a marriage, it becomes the thing we're fighting for too.
You are not a client to us. You are the reason this firm exists at all.
"Affordable does not mean cheap. It means accessible. The people who need a lawyer most shouldn't be the ones who can least afford one."
Gopal Krishan, Esq.
Gopal Krishan is a California-licensed attorney with over 15 years of active practice in the state. He is a member in good standing of the California State Bar and has built his practice around Family Law, Immigration, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, and Business Law - serving clients throughout the Bay Area and across California.
In addition to his California license, Gopal is also licensed to practice law in India, where he has been admitted since 2003. This dual licensure is a significant advantage for clients with legal matters that cross borders - whether it is an Indian marriage dispute, NRI estate planning, cross-border property, or immigration matters involving family members in India. Clients get one attorney who can handle both sides, without the cost and confusion of coordinating between two separate firms.
Gopal has clients across the United States and around the world. His immigration and family law practice regularly serves individuals and families who are not physically located in the U.S. - he is fully equipped to represent and advise clients wherever they are.
He believes in straight answers, transparent fees, and practical solutions built around the client's actual situation - not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Alameda County District Attorney Race - June 2026
In 2026, Gopal Krishan ran for Alameda County District Attorney in a three-way race against incumbent DA Ursula Jones Dickson - who had been appointed by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors following the 2024 recall of Pamela Price - and former DA Pamela Price herself, who was attempting to reclaim the seat she had been recalled from.
Running as a political outsider and first-time candidate, Gopal positioned himself as the independent voice the office needed - one not tied to the existing power structure on either side. His platform focused on protecting immigrant communities from unlawful ICE enforcement, aggressively prosecuting hate crimes and organized crime, and overhauling a DA's office he argued had suffered from years of institutional dysfunction regardless of who was in charge.
The race received widespread media coverage from Berkeleyside, KQED, Diya TV, The Oaklandside, CBS San Francisco, KTVU, and Oakland Voices. Gopal participated in multiple candidate debates including a high-profile forum at CSU East Bay and a debate co-hosted by Berkeleyside and The Oaklandside at Oakstop in Oakland.
