DACA-Expansion

Anyone who came to the United States before their sixteenth birthday and who has been present in the U.S. since Jan. 1, 2010, may request expanded DACA. Expanded DACA will go into effect on Feb. 18, 2015

Eligibility for DACA

1.Entered the United States before reaching 16th birthday;

2.Has continuously resided in the United States since January 1, 2010, up to the present time;

3.Was physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of making your request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS;

4.Had no other US immigration status on June 15, 2012

5.Is currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a General Educational Development (GED) certificate, or are an honourably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; and

6.Has not been convicted of a felony, a significant misdemeanour, three or more other misdemeanours, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.

1.Submit Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals with
2.Submit Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization and
3.Submit Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
4.Submit required fee ( Totaling $465), initial evidence and supporting documents
